This is a gentle reminder… you are forever evolving, so there is always expansion taking place in your life.

Let me explain…

On a physical level, light activation can be scientifically observed as your mind processes thought; however, are you aware that light activations occur during the moment of every new creative process in your body?

Your body, and your essence, depending on your belief system, aligns with, and is light. Light is a creative by-product and supports consciousness.

You create Light, you radiate Light, you are Light.

The Universe, like you, is also expanding and forever changing, and light is a by-product of these processes.

Under a protective veil of colourful gases thousands of lightyears high, nebulas provide a nursery for new-born stars. Stars grow and radiate their own unique combination of light. Like you, they are a product of a greater creative force in action and contain their own unique signature of light. They need to expand, and they need to grow. They shine not to be seen, just to be, and yet they are seen, and they are admired.

Your inner Universe, who you are and who you are becoming, is continually expanding at an exponential rate. This process is natural and needs to flow.

Nestled within your inner Universe flows your Cosmic Consciousness, your uniqueness and connectedness combined.

You are collective, connected and universally unique. Therefore, when you compare, compete, or criticize with an unhealthy intent, you are only limiting and hurting your own natural expansion.

Allow your Cosmic Consciousness to flow and grow and celebrate the light that you are.
