Your Universe is dualistic in nature, and this is how growth is achieved, from chemical responses, emotional extremes, mental challenges and physical shifts. The birthing of a new energy stems from the chaos of connection. All forms of energy when connecting to new energy, initially experiences the ‘rapids’ generated through initial blending before finding their new combined flow.
The importance of understanding that the dualism creates growth and perspective is key, whether this is on a personal or Universal scale.
Many may feel dualism creates division while others feel the opposite, that it creates connectedness and support.
Dualism creates comparisons from which you derive your perspective, and your perspective determines from which side of the spectrum you view your truth.
For those walking the spiritual path, many may perceive this journey to be filled with light, calm and peace, where only positivity reigns supreme. This, you may have been told, is the aspiration you must focus on daily. Negativity has no place here and can be detrimental to your spiritual growth.
However, what many do not understand is the important role that challenges can provide on your spiritual path…the role of conscious processing.
Every challenge acts like a counterweight, where you check your spiritual beliefs with each challenge. Can you rationalise this experience? What valuable teachings have been gained from this perspective? How can you apply this new knowledge in a way that will benefit you or others in the future?
It is through this journey of dualism, comparisons and teachings you raise and strengthen your higher vibration, not through expending energy to remain positive but through gaining a higher perspective and maintaining calm through any challenges you face.

Calmness and a higher perspective approach provide clarity, allowing you to remain grounded and comfortable walking your journey with ease. Your energy flows effortlessly in the process and a higher vibration is easily achieved. There is no fight to maintain your presence in this space, you just are. This is where joy and positivity reside, and this is the reward you receive through every breakthrough you experience.
It is this process that not only raises your vibration, but it also stabilises it there providing a stable platform you default to when new challenges present themselves. You never slip backwards if you have tethered yourself correctly at a particular level of your growth.
