It is a blessing that I see the light around people…literally.
When people shine, they glow from the inside out and it is a beautiful sight. Not only do they radiate it, but they also feel it!
However, sometimes life gets in the way, and this has a tendency to dim our Light, making us feel less than wonderful.
Are you Mr or Ms Responsibility in your family? Maybe you align more with the Perfectionist energy? or maybe you take on the Mother or Father energy and protect/nurture for everyone around you?
It is said, that often through the challenging times that we experience the most personal growth. These situations may involve you or may revolve around you.
We rely on timeframes to frame our lives and manage our energy levels, therefore situations become manageable if we see the light at the end of the tunnel.
But what if we cannot?
In times such as these, full of uncertainty and unpredictability, many struggle to find that light or end in sight. It is then those minds and emotions move into overtime, often reaching for any stability or traction possible. The result, anxiety, fear, tiredness, and frustration may occur.
Their Light becomes fractured or dimmed. I see it and they feel it.
Some people focus on seeking their stability externally, relying on the fortitude or companionship of other people’s minds, emotions, or actions. Others turn inwards and seek stability within themselves, creating routines or goals to aim towards.
Themes and patterns within the human condition regularly appear to me through my work, and these are the most common points in helping lighten one’s vibration.

Achieving progression with purpose brings the most satisfaction.

Actioning love in your life will lighten your vibration. Love includes many concepts, kindness and compassion, gentleness, joy, and forgiveness to name a few.
Love yourself and others.
Enjoy the music, interests, communication, or people you love into each day of your life and feel your vibration lift.

Gratitude
Gratitude is an amazing healer as it helps us release the unnecessary expectations we place on ourselves and others.
Gratitude is an instant vibrational mood lifter; allowing us to be open to receive without fear or guilt, not to take anything for granted and reminding us to celebrate the small things as well as the big things in our daily lives.
This is a key component in manifesting our desires as we can vibrationally align and therefore attract not only what we desire, but also what we are ready to receive.

To hear and to be heard are important as they enable us and others to feel connected, supported, respected, and understood. This creates a sense of friendship and community and dissolves away feelings of loneliness, misunderstanding, depression, and isolation.

Inner Peace
This is a big one I know, and many people strive to achieve an aspect of this into their life, whether it be for a few moments, hours, days, or years.
There is no one formula to achieve this as everybody’s approach is different, however, here are some clues that may help you.
- Inner peace starts with peace of mind. Holding onto frustrations or regrets, unable to forgive, or feeling constantly restless or unfulfilled will steer you away from achieving inner peace.
- Meditation. Calming the mind by sifting through and filing our thoughts enables our energy to reset and find a sense of balance. Prayer, daydreaming, positive affirmations, gentle repetitive actions such as drawing, walking or breathwork, or mindful seated meditation all are forms of achieving a peaceful energetic reset for the mind and body.
- Calming environment. To feel calm, sometimes we need to create calm. This may be in our environment, the people we connect with and when, colour schemes (selecting a calming blue over a vibrant red), music, fragrances and even conversation. What creates a sense of calm for you?
- Health and wellbeing. Consuming healthy meals and moving our bodies enables stored up energy to be discharged, releasing frustrations and toxins. Gentle stretches may not feel like you are achieving much, however your body and your mind will thank you for it.
- Align with your True North. Your personal motives, intentions and ethics are a core part of your true being. They represent the wick on which your inner flame resides. If your actions, or those of others close to you are not in alignment with who you are, you will erode your personal vibration over time. Long term, you may compromise your inner peace, energy levels and physical health if this area is not addressed.
It is important to remember that you know yourself better than anyone. You can feel when your Light needs more vibrancy, when you need to offload and when you need some You time.
All you need to achieve this is to ask yourself, how?
