When life runs smoothly it is easy for us to take each moment for granted.
Life is good when there is an easy flow of finances, optimal health, and connections with friends and family work seamlessly, and this then becomes our new normal and also our expectation.
As all of these areas carry a sense of abundance, we feel empowered and our vibrations run high. This also allows us to connect with our guides, angels, and Source effortlessly as a result.
Yet as we know, life often presents changes or challenges, and when one of the above areas is compromised in our life, our sense of stability can be easily rocked. Our natural inclination is to regain stability quickly and this enables us to grow as individuals, by expanding our knowledge and awareness in a specific area of our lives.
It is common when we encounter more than one challenge at a time to feel scattered.
Scattering may present in our thoughts, emotions or energy. If you a spiritual person, then you may quickly feel disconnected compounding your sense of instability.
It is during these times we are inclined to lean on something. This may be our family or friends, a mentor, knowledge through books, nature or spiritual pathways such as our guides, angels, Source or a religious path.
Often the scattering is overcome in time and with it, clarity and stability return.
From personal experience, I have encountered times of scattering that have impacted my energy levels and because I am an energy practitioner, I have had to develop techniques to get me back on track quickly.
Here are my top three techniques.
- Calm – calming your energy from a frantic state to a settled state, even for a few minutes, is important. This can be achieved through breathing, walking, or meditating. If you need to calm yourself quickly, try making a cup of tea or changing the room you are in so you may experience a different energy to think, process emotions or relax.
- Don’t Make it Wrong – when we feel out of balance or scattered it is a natural default to attach an emotion to the event. This can result in us being quick to blame, judge, or criticise. These emotions can be directed either towards others or towards ourselves, creating further scattering. In order to assess this situation with clarity it is important that we don’t make the situation wrong. Connecting any event with a reactional emotion creates more struggle resulting and further scattering.
- Setting Your Intention– This step is to restabilise ourselves through intentional steps that are achievable in the given situation.
- In everyday life, focus your time and energy on what you can currently control and release what is beyond your control.
- In spiritual practices, place your intention on your connection point and allow your energy to flow with ease between yourself and your desired outcome.
I also highly recommend energy healing, listening to music and immersion in nature for further support. Once you discover what works for you, anxiety around feeling scattered in the future is lessened. This is another experience in growth.
I hope these techniques may provide some support for you during times of scattering and I would love to hear from you your experiences and techniques.
Sending you lightness and angelic blessings
