It is said that change is the only thing that is guaranteed in life and change often brings about a fresh shift in perspective. This can be refreshing and enlightening once achieved. However, the process of change is where we can struggle.
This year’s energy is encouraging change to occur and quickly. Old frameworks that have served us well to date, are now faltering in our present environment. This is encouraging us to review, assess and potentially adjust certain areas of concern, allowing a fresh flow of possibilities to present.
So how can we support ourselves when change comes knocking at our door?
The following four steps may assist you in navigating change in a way that feels supportive and structured.
Stage One –Transmute
We are all entering a period where old or suppressed emotions are craving to be understood from a fresh perspective.
We are now older, wiser and may have accumulated new information to a challenging situation or phase in our life.
Old emotions are encapsulated in a shock bubble that securely holds them in stasis. They surface periodically not only with the memory, but the raw emotions attached to them.
Some try to protect this bubble for the fear of what it contains will be unleashed. What would it reveal and how will people respond?
Be aware that other emotions external to the situation have accumulated within you over time and reinforced this bubble. These can include emotions of anxiety, shame, guilt, low self-worth, and sadness.
Others take a different approach and wish to break the bubble quickly and move on without a second thought, not addressing any underlying issues that may arise. This to, is avoiding a change to occur long term.
Healing can appear through the transmutation of these emotions, feelings and thoughts through a fresh perspective, or directing your energy towards feelings of hope rather than entrapment.
It comes down to a shift in frequency.
Counselling, self-awareness and meditation can be beneficial. The key is to allow people you trust to support you through. You can do this. How are you willing to transmute your stasis bubble?
Stage Two –Release
When we wish to release anything, we require two key stages-
1) Are we ready to let go of something we have protected?
This can range of an item/object, emotion, secret, job, belief systems, loved one, identity or friendships?
2) Who do we entrust it to?
To release is to pass on to. When we trust the transference process, we become more relaxed with the release. This may include a counsellor, friend, charity, Source, higher education, or self-investment.
Once you find your reasons for release, the rest will flow.
Stage Three –Explore
You have now found yourself in a new energetic space filled with possibilities.
A new you have emerged, so how do you navigate your new life or new perspective?
You explore!
Don’t be afraid to try new things, meet new people and experience life from a fresh perspective rather than through the eyes of your old life.
Your past contributes to your current wisdom and this knowledge is invaluable. So, navigate your new journey with a mindful, open approach rather than defaulting back into your old ways. This is where you will see the magic happen.
Allow your new frequency to attract in the goodness you are ready to receive.
Stage Four –Alignment
You’ve moved through the above stages, allowing a new frequencied you to emerge…
This next stage is the key that unlocks the door to stabilising your new energy onto the path you are now walking.
This stage is Alignment.
It is important to feel confident in your own skin, to know who you are and what you stand for. You can wear the classiest of clothing yet if you feel uncomfortable and out of place in them, then you will feel it and others will notice.
Many things contribute to us feeling out of place, comparing ourselves to others, being out of our comfort zone, lacking supportive people around us or feeling unseen or undervalued.
It all begins with you.
Do you see yourself?
Do you listen to yourself?
Do you value yourself?
Do you believe in yourself?
Do you love yourself?
What you desire from others, seek it first from within and this alignment will become your North Star 💫
When you know thyself, live authentically being you, then the world will understand your role and therefore will connect with you in a deeper and more meaningful way.
Closing Thought
Any shifts you make, whether they be large or small, even a single fresh perspective can alter the course of events in your life in a positive way. Being authentic in your approach with yourself and others brings a sense of internal peace.
If this is what you are now ready for or intuitively feel a shift coming, celebrate this stage rather than avoid it. Who knows what opportunities will arrive as a result?
